Orders placed and paid on a business day are packed and shipped the same day. You receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us.

Every vial in a bundle is drawn from the same production batch, so one certificate of analysis covers the whole pack.
Shipping
To all EU member states. Every parcel is tracked from dispatch to delivery.
Standard tracked shipping is €7.90 and free on orders over €120 after discounts. Express tracked shipping is €14.90.
Yes. Parcels are plain, with no product names on the outside. Vials are packed in protective inserts with a cold pack when needed.
Products, testing & storage
Every batch is tested by HPLC and released only at ≥99% purity. Identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry. Certificates for every batch are on the COA page.
Sealed vials keep best at −20 °C. For short periods, 2–8 °C is fine. Protect from light and moisture, and let a vial reach room temperature before opening.
No. Our products are sold strictly as research compounds for laboratory use. We do not provide any guidance on use in humans or animals.
