Dispatch
Orders placed and paid on a business day are packed and shipped the same day. Orders paid on weekends or public holidays ship on the next business day. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

The free shipping threshold is calculated after discounts. We ship within the EU only, so there are no customs duties.
Packaging
Parcels are plain, with no product names on the outside. Vials are packed in protective inserts, with a cold pack when temperatures call for it.
Damaged or missing items
If a vial arrives damaged or an item is missing, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement or refund at no cost.
Returns
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For quality and safety reasons, opened vials or vials with a broken seal cannot be returned. Contact us before sending anything back so we can give you a return reference.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
